About Generation D
MISSON STATEMENT
We are Generation D Computers.
Unlike Generation X or Generation Y, Generation D is the group of people who are not defined by age but by the ability to adapt and thrive in this new digital technology driven era. Our mission is not only to be members of this group but to be "a helping hand in the digital era". It is our goal not just to provide a service or a product and leave but to explain our work and make sure our customer are comfortable and well versed on our implementations.
HISTORY
Generation D was started in 1999 as a hobby business by Sean Rowan who wanted to provide the community with a solid computer product and reliable onsite service. Since its inception it has grown to be a well known name in the industry in Mason County.
In 2007 Generation D became and LLC, and since has grown a base of state registered full time employees, it also has a positive reputation with the community and rating services such as the better business bureau. Generation D has never had any kind of complaint filed against it either civil or legal.
BUSINESS VISION &GOALS
Generation D is committed to excellence. Our goal is not just to be another technology provider but to stand out in our field for excellence in craftsmanship, punctuality, professionalism, as well as an attention to detail.
It are these principles that have set us apart in the past and that will continue to set us apart from the rest as our business expands into a retail market.
Our Goals for the future are as follows:
1.) Expand our sphere of influence in Mason County and extend our market share of the business.
2.) Expand into a retail sector providing New and Used Systems and Parts and Accessories from a centralized Downtown Shelton Location.
3.) Increase our staff and reach outside Mason County Into Thurston, Kitsap and Grays harbor County with our own onsite technology solutions.
4.) Expand our list of contracted agencies that we perform warranty work for as well as contract wiring and networking.
